"It's become such an important part of my weekly routine. I love how friendly the classes are and not remotely intimidating which I've found some other mum and baby classes to be. The combination of dance and strength training is great, best of both worlds with cardio and strength which is so important after having a baby. The music is also fabulous. I'm not remotely coordinated so I was a little worried before going about the dance element but I shouldn't have been. There's absolutely no judgement and no requirement to have any dance skills, just a give it a go attitude, you're still moving and doing your body good even if the dance moves are all wrong! "
