Mummy And Me Move It (MAMMI) is solely ran by me, Ellie! I trained and performed professionally as a dancer and I am super passionate about fitness. I know how much value fitness and community can offer to pregnant women and new mums and I am excited to share this!
Since graduating I have achieved my level 3 personal training qualification and my level 2 pre and post natal fitness qualification and with the skills and knowledge I have learnt from these I have confidently been able to establish Mummy and Me Move It!
My vision is to provide a fun and positive environment for pre and post natal women to allow them to feel themselves again whilst maintaining fitness and strengthening key muscles during pregnancy and into early motherhood. My goal is to build a community of strong and confident mums that support and care for one another for motherhood and life.
MAMMI will use some dance fitness to create a party like and relaxed atmosphere as well as having tracks to focus on key areas to make recovery after birth as smooth as possible. Then aiding in strengthening after birth to help strengthen posture, build overall strength and most importantly allow you to play with your little one with strength and confidence!
